# t& {: [4 z0 Z4 w% f　　If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
　　But make allowance for their doubting too;
　　If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
1 h% f" N; Q5 ~　　Or, being lied about,don't deal in lies,
+ R& v% X' e* P* p$ G8 p4 c　　Or, being hated, don't give way to hating,
　　And yet don't look too good, nor talk too wise;
　　If you can dream - and not make dreams your master;
6 L* v& k( W* o0 z9 k" H, X$ ^% @　　If you can think - and not make thoughts your aim;
0 C! M: t  E! l2 D9 f　　If you can meet with triumph and disaster
  P# X+ ?0 F5 f6 d9 t7 H0 H: B! Q# [　　And treat those two impostors just the same;
; v; D0 @5 d  z8 x, N　　If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken
: {# R; }) n7 [5 G8 }　　Twiseted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
! a# t6 M+ |. h6 }% X　　Or watch the things you gave your life to broken,
　　And stoop and build 'em up with wornout tools

　　And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
　　And lose, and start again at your beginnings

　　If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,

$ M6 p! f, b1 J1 S4 X; w　　If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you;
　　If all men count with you, but none too much;
　　If you can fill the unforgiving minute
　　With sixty second' worth of distance run -
& c" D  R+ f# m　　Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
